On February 18th/19th it was once again: On your marks, get set, CRM! We are looking forward to a successful event with more than 300 participants! The German CRM Forum has proven for the tenth time in a row to be a relevant meeting place for decision makers from marketing, sales and CRM.
At the centre of the human being
This year's motto IM ZENTRUM DER MENSCH was omnipresent and was a common thread running through all event formats as well as the thematic orientation of the exhibitors on site. Lectures and practical insights provided visitors with an authentic insight into current trends, opportunities and challenges in customer relationship management.
This colorful and varied mix of events makes the German CRM Forum an absolute must when it comes to Customer Centricity & Customer Experience, Automation & Customization, and Transformation & Integration.
Customer dialogue without data?
Our personal highlight of the two-day event was the presentation "Customer dialogue without data doesn't work", which beDirect realized together with Telefónica Germany. beDirect's André Schmidt (beDirect) and Oliver Knapp (Telefónica Germany) demonstrated the importance of data quality on the way to a holistic customer centricity by means of a joint customer project. Many thanks to both speakers for their insightful practical insights.
