On 18/19 February it was once again: On your marks, get set, CRM! We look back on a successful event with more than 300 participants! For the tenth time in a row, the German CRM Forum 2020 proved to be a relevant meeting place for decision-makers from marketing, sales and CRM.

At the centre of the human being

This year's motto IM ZENTRUM DER MENSCH was omnipresent and was a common thread running through all event formats as well as the thematic orientation of the exhibitors on site. Lectures and practical insights provided visitors with an authentic insight into current trends, opportunities and challenges in customer relationship management.

This was also ensured by the numerous opportunities for joint exchange and networking with leading experts, exhibitors and visitors. This colorful and diverse mix makes the German CRM Forum 2020 an absolute must in the discussion of Customer Centricity & Customer Experience, Automation & Individualization as well as Transformation & Integration.

Customer dialogue without data?

Our personal highlight of the two-day event was the presentation "Customer dialogue without data doesn't work", which beDirect realized together with Telefónica Germany. beDirect's André Schmidt (beDirect) and Oliver Knapp (Telefónica Germany) demonstrated the importance of data quality on the way to a holistic customer centricity by means of a joint customer project. Many thanks to both speakers for their insightful practical insights.
