Of course, you can limit your data quality measures to new additions to your database. Experience has shown, however, that this causes irritation and additional work during campaigns, as existing data and new additions have different quality and information statuses and can therefore be used differently. It is easier to clean up your database initially before CRM integration. After cleansing, all referenced customer data can be updated and analyses are possible for both existing and new customers.
